September 3 - Nigeria's Paralympians will be allowed to participate in the Commonwealth Games in New Delhi next month after the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) lifted 10 month suspension on the Nigeria Paralympics Committee (NPC).

British players make fine start to USTA Wheelchair Championships

September 1 - Britain’s wheelchair tennis team made a phenomenal start to the Open USTA Wheelchair Tennis Championships in St Louis as the won all seven first round singles matches they were involved.
